Description: Oracle Golden Gate (GG) replicates the key data from the Transportation and Global Trade Management Cloud database to an external database, either in the Oracle Cloud or on-premises. This replication is for reporting purposes only and should not be used for integration. We can automate the monitoring of the GG replication to take the necessary action on time in case the replication is delayed or stopped completely due to any reason. Clients may want to exclude certain transaction data from purges due to business needs, so a custom solution can be developed to retain the historical data. Also, a custom solution can be developed to back up the data that is marked for purge, before the actual purge takes place. And copy back the purged data to the GG database from the backup after the actual purge takes place in the OTM database.
