Oracle Support – Premier Support for On-Premises OTM and GTM to Cease
Atlanta, GA – October 2023
It is official, Oracle Support has announced its plan for On-Premise Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) Support. Please see the details below provided by Oracle as well as the associated Support links which contain all the information you need to plan your Cloud journey
Please note that the 6.5.3 OTM/GTM Release will be the last On-Premises version. No further versions will be planned for delivery.
Highlights from Oracle Support DOC UD 2966726.1:
- Code Support for OTM Version 6.4.x has ended
- Extended Support (purchased option) will cease availability for 6.4.3 in December 2023
- Customers must be on 6.5.1 or 6.5.2 to receive patches.
- Customers can receive 6.5.1 patches until the end of March 2024.
- Customers can receive 6.5.2 patches until the end of March 2025.
- Premier Support for OTM/GTM Version 6.5.2 will end in December 2024
- Premier Support for OTM/GTM Version 6.5.3 will end in November 2026
- No Extended Support is available for 6.5.x
- Lifetime support will not provide security updates, bug fixes, or updates
