Your Vote, Your Voice, Your Impact: 2025 OTM SIG Board Elections

KSAP Technologies is proud to continue its long-standing commitment to the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) community by supporting the OTM SIG.

Each year, the OTM SIG holds elections to fill open positions on its Board of Directors—and it’s time once again for you, the OTM user community, to make your vote count! The OTM SIG relies on active participation from its customer community to help guide OTM events, initiatives, and growth.

Here’s everything you need to know to get involved in this year’s elections.

2025 Election Timeline

• November 7th, 2025 – Deadline to register to vote
• November 10th, 2025 – Elections open
• November 23rd, 2025 – Final day to vote

Make sure you’re registered before the deadline so your vote counts!

How to Participate in the OTM SIG Elections

Participation is quick, easy, and completely free.

Step 1 – Create Your Free OATUG Account (For New Members)

If you are not yet an OATUG member, you must create a free account to vote.

1. Visit: https://www.oatug.org/join
2. Click Join OATUG under the Individual Associate level.
3. SelectCreate a Profile and complete the New User Account form.
   1. In the Oracle Product Lines section, select Oracle Transportation Management.
   2. Under Email News and Information Options,  check box #4.
   3. When prompted to pay, click Cancel—your account is free!

Step 2 – Confirm Your OTM SIG Selection (For ALL Members)

To be eligible to vote, you must have the OTM SIG selected in your profile.

Important for Existing Members: If you are already an OATUG member, please follow these steps to ensure your Geo/SIG preference is correctly selected, or you will not be eligible to vote.

1. Log in to your OATUG account.
2. Click on the Geo/SIGs tab at the top of the site.
3. Search for “OTM” in the Name Search box.
4. Check the Participate box for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) SIG.
5. Click Submit.

Step 3 – Cast Your Vote!

When voting opens, you will receive an email from geo-sig@oatug.org containing your unique voter link. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.

Click the link, review the candidates, and vote for those you believe will best represent the OTM community.

Register today, vote starting November 10th, and help drive the next chapter of the OTM community.
